Boiler Maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number/keyword is W911S214QBLMT.
The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform boiler maintenance services for Fort Drum, NY, to include tune-ups, combustion testing, and record keeping IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment One - Example Annual Tune-Up Checklist, Attachment Two - Boiler List, and the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed-Price.
This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for small business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 238220, and representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of quote.
