Overview

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a qualified, licensed and insured contractor to provide labor, material, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision to perform the following:

• Inspection and tube cleaning of Fulton hall Kewanee L3W-300 high pressure hot water boiler # 1 (Serial #: 20137)

• Re-tubing, inspection and tube cleaning of Kewanee L3W-300 high pressure hot water boiler #2 (Serial #: 20138)

This is a one-time inspection and cleaning services for these Boilers. 
 
Contract Type:

Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract

Period of Performance

The services must be completed by August 15, 2017 after notice to proceed.

Evaluation Criteria

Factor 1 - Technical Capability/Experience

Factor 2 - Past Performance (List two (2) projects relevant to the procurement. Provide a description of the project, amount of project and contact information)

Factor 3 - Price

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be deemed the lowest technically acceptable offer.
