Boiler House Demolition
The work required for this project includes removal and disposal of the boilers, tanks, and hazardous materials; abatement and disposal of all asbestos containing materials and contaminated soil within the building and exterior tank base; demolition and removal of the building superstructure to the floor slab grade or to 1-foot below existing grade at foundation walls; penetration of the concrete floor slab; and backfilling, grading, and vegetation of the building footprint.
