Bobcat mini excavator - Santa Fe Natl Cemetery
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C786-19-Q-0400 to supply a Bobcat mini excavator for Sante Fe National Cemetery. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). The NAICS Code is 333120; Size Standard is 1250 employees. Offers received from concerns that are not VOSBs shall not be considered. VOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals. Units shall be in accordance with the Price Schedule and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
The Government will award a Firm-Fixed price contract using the best value tradeoff approach resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government regarding price. In addition, the Government intends to award without discussions. Therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price and technical standpoint.

Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on July 18, 2019. The question and answering period commences on July 15, 2019 and concludes on July 18, 2019 by 4:00 p.m EST.
