BlueZone Emulator Software including Maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-14-SI-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and attached incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74.
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following:
1 BlueZone Emulator- Per seat maintenance (Part Number BLU-EMUL-MS-300) - Coverage from 09/17/2014 to 09/16/2015 for BLU-EMUL-LP-300, BlueZone Emulator- Per seat license, Asset Number: 3352-9FB8-FBEA-4F01, Quantity Covered: 3,000 seats
Quotes shall be on an all or none basis. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A Limited Source Justification is attached and on file. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT ONLY. The deadline for quotes is July 8, 2014 at 11:00am EST. All quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected]. No late submissions will be accepted.
