Blount Avenue Reconstruction Project
The City intends to contract for the Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural professional services needed to complete property surveys, final design, construction documentation, and other tasks as required to allow construction to commence on street reconstruction and utility replacement work for the existing segment of Blount Avenue, extending from and including the Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge to the western property line of Cityview condominiums project, with a total project limit of approximately 350 linear feet.
