Blood Supply Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Navajo Area Indian Health Services are requesting for proposals for the following need:
The Contractor shall supply human blood products and blood bi-products to the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) Service Units. State of New Mexico: Gallup Indian Medial Center in Gallup, NM; Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM; and Crownpint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, NM. State of Arizona: Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, AZ; and Chinle Comprehensive Healthcare Facility in Chinle, AZ.
