Blood Bank Automation Instrument Lease
The Department of Veterans Affairs Salem, Virginia will be soliciting request for quotes for the lease of an automated blood bank automated analysis instrument for the Salem VAMC. Contractor will be responsible for providing an instrument to the station. A request for quote for (VA246-14-Q-1188) will be issued on or about October 23, 2014
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is December 1, 2014 through November 30, 2015, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government.
The applicable NAICS Code is 325413 with a size standard of 500 employees. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov.
