The required production lead-time is 182 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Destination.
Requirement is Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Configuration control applies.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
