This is a Blanket Purchasing Agreement Opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. for emergency plumbing repairs.
We are currently soliciting bids for a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) for the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Our option begins June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014

Scope of Work:
Emergency Plumbing Repairs on Gadsden Job Corps Center
•1. Provide maximum of 100 hours of service for this contract period.
•2. GJCC is only obligated for repairs and necessary parts authorized under this agreement.
•3. Vendor will submit a consolidated summary invoice as a monthly billing for all repairs and parts during the billing period. Invoices must contain references to BPA release numbers, an itemized list of repairs made and date of repairs. The invoice must be supported by signed work completion tickets.
