This Invitation for Bid is intended to provide for the establishment of a contract to provide Plant Mix Bituminous Mixture-Commercial Grade (Maintenance).

Contract Period: Seven (7) months, May 1, 2010 through November 30, 2010. Pricing is also requested on alternative contract periods of six months (May through October) and three months (May through July).

4.Quantities: The contract will be of the "open-end" type. The contractor shall provide such quantities as may be ordered throughout the contract period. Only those quantities actually required will be ordered.
