The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Bert-400S-2-100S-2 Four Channel 400 Mbps and 100 Mbps Portable Serial Bit Error Rate Tester 2) CBL-HD-BNC-1 High Density to BNc transition Cable 3) IO-FW-TRIAX-1 FW to TRIAX I/O module with 1 m cable. This requirement is sole sourced to Research Technologies, Suite 106-3025 Skhakespeare Street Victoria, B.C Canada V8R4H6. Research Technologies is the manufacturer of this item. The product must interface with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
