Birth and Death Certification Paper
This RFI is to request specific information about the vendor’s products and services for the
production, storage, and delivery of birth and death certification document paper (also known
as ”security paper”) to be utilized by the Vital Records’ Office . The certification document paper will be used in the creation of vital event certificates, such as birth and death certificates, and certified copies of these legal documents.
