Mandatory pre-bid: March 10, 2009
Furnish, deliver, and install all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the bird mitigation project as specified herein.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to provide mitigation of bird/ pigeon waste. Contractor shall
complete:
A. Mitigation of bird waste present on the roof or within any penthouse and the repair of any damaged duct work caused by
bird infestation.
B. Installation of bird netting and bird spikes to prevent further infestation of pigeons.
