Biometric Capture System
The State is posting this Request for Offer (RFO) for the development and installation of a deliverable based Turn-Key solution for Biometric Capture Stations (BCS). The BCS system shall be used to capture one or more of the following biometric data: flat fingerprints, portraits, signatures as well as other biographic information associated with applicants for the Department services.
