This is a Request for Proposal for biomethane gas. The State of Michigan through the Department of Management and Budget aggregates the gas supply needs of its facilities to purchase natural gas. With this RFP, the State seeks to purchase natural gas (biomethane) to be delivered into either the DTE (MichCon) Energy natural gas distribution system or the Consumers Energy natural gas distribution system. Note: Original Due date was 6/30/2009. Bumped to 7/14/2009.
