The County Health Department is seeking Proposals from qualified vendor(s), to provide certifying, testing, and maintenance services of biomedical equipment for seven COUNTY operated clinics. The addresses and contact numbers for these clinics are provided in Appendix B. CONTRACTOR(S) are encouraged to bid on all locations combined; however, multiple awards will be considered.
The current COUNTY biomedical equipment is listed in the attached Appendix A. This inventory is an estimated volume. Upon award of this Agreement, the selected CONTRACTOR(S) shall maintain a detailed and current inventory as outlined in Section 5.0, SCOPE OF WORK.
