Bioenergy Call for Power Phase II
The second stream, referred to as Phase II CBB, will focus on smaller-scale, innovative, community-level energy supply solutions using biomass. BC Hydro will seek to identify at least two such projects that can provide cost-effective electricity for ratepayers, as well as other quantifiable, local or regional electricity benefits such as improved reliability. Communities, First Nations, municipalities, as well as independent power producers are encouraged to participate.
