Bio-Hazardous Waste Disposal Services
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, certificates and manifests, materials and transportation required to remove all biological waste materials from two (2) laboratories at the Pretrial Services Agency for the District of Columbia (PSA) Office of Forensic Toxicology Services (OFTS). Waste materials include plastic cups containing urine (not emptied), latex gloves, plastic and glass test tubes, bench wipes, and disposable lab coats. Up to fifty (50) boxes of 40 pounds of waste material may be filled per week. Chemical waste are not included.
Quoters shall be registered as active (not expired) in sam.gov prior to the quotation submission deadline date.
All questions shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 4:00 pm EST by Friday, May 17, 2019. Questions asked over the telephone or on voicemail shall not be accepted. Questions and quotations shall be email to the CO at Evron.Rollins@psa.gov. Quotations are due NLT 12:00 noon EST by Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
