BioWatch Sample Collection and Related Activities
This solicitation is to obtain services needed to provide for the timely detection of an act of bioterrorism in the State. These services are critically needed to ensure adequate protection of the health and safety of the citizens of the State. The contract expected to result from this solicitation will be funded by a grant from the Federal Department of Homeland Security.
