BioWatch Field Monitoring Services for the National Capital Region
On June 2, 2015, the Office of Health Affairs (OHA) determined that all field collection efforts for the National Capital Region (Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, and Richmond, VA) shall be executed through Cooperative Agreements. As such, this procurement has been cancelled, and the field collections for the National Capital Region will no longer be funded through the procurement process. It is in the best interest of the Program to make the funding mechanism for the National Capital region consistent with that of the other BioWatch jurisdictions across the continental United States.
