Billings Urban Healthcare Services
The purpose of this contract between the Indian Health Service (IHS) and the Urban Health Care Program, (hereafter identified as the Contractor), is to provide for the operation and administration of a health care delivery program and a Chemical Dependency Program for those eligible Indians residing in the Billings, Montana Urban area.
The Contractor shall provide for direct prevention/intervention, community education, health service referral, inpatient chemical dependency treatment referral, and structured outpatient treatment and aftercare services to chemically dependent Indian individuals and their families.
The Contractor shall assure quality assurance of programs as indicated in the specific criteria listed in each program description area within this scope of work.
This procurement is set aside as a 100% for Indian Qualified Businesses.
