Billing Management Services
The Board invites interested Suppliers to submit Proposals to furnish the University with Billing Services. The Board is seeking proposals for billing and practice management services and turnkey billing operations. Companys software shall be able to accommodate a capitated billing system for charges and payments. The software shall also efficiently accommodate scheduling for 15 providers or more. If conversion from one billing system to another is necessary, the Company shall have the ability to complete a smooth conversion and shall assist with data and current billing information transfer/conversion from the current system. Company shall assure that each individual account balance and the ending and beginning A/R balances are correct by performing test to prove the conversion was successful.
