Bike and Ride Access Feasibility Study

The city is requesting qualified consulting teams to provide planning assistance for the Bike and Ride Access Feasibility Study, Subregional Planning Initiative (SPI). The SPI will create implementation plans and identify project priorities for integration into the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan. The study is intended as a systematic approach that identifies a range of options for transit and bicycle connections, a comparative discussion of each option and the elimination of unfeasible options. This effort is intended to allow for the adoption of a comprehensive approach to accommodating bicyclists throughout the METRO service area.
