The City of San Antonio, Office of Environmental Policy Department (City) seeks proposals from qualified Respondents interested in providing the services as described in this RFQ for a Bike Share / Rental and Bike Tours Program.
A Pre-submittal conference will be held at City of San Antonio, Purchasing & General Services Department, Riverview Towers, 111 Soledad, 9th Floor Green Room, San Antonio, Texas 78205, at 1:30 pm., Local Time, on December 17, 2009. Attendance at the Pre-submittal conference is optional, but highly recommended. Respondents should print and bring a copy of the attached RFQ to the Pre-submittal conference. Respondents that are not able to attend the Conference in person may participate by Conference Call.
