Bike Share Phase I

The City is inviting qualified offerors to submit a written Request for Proposal (RFP) response to organizations interested in providing services for a highly successful and financially self-sustaining automated on-demand bicycle sharing system. The ideal program would incorporate information technology to operate a fleet of shared bicycles that may be rented from one bike sharing station and returned to another in a network of stations, providing a transportation alternative to motor vehicle trips for residents, employees, and visitors.
