The City desires to engage the services of a consulting firm to develop and execute a Bike Safety Education & Awareness Community Outreach Campaign strategy. The selected consultant will need to coordinate its activities with a Bike-Friendly Media Relations consultant, which is also assigned to help implement Long Beachs Bicycle Safety Education and Awareness Campaign, an LA County Metropolitan Transportation Authority-funded project.
