Bike Master Plan
The City is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants in the preparation of an update to the City’s bike plan. The consultant’s role will be to provide data analysis, bicycle facility recommendations, and design standards for use in the plan document. The consultant should have proven experience and expertise in bicycle facility planning.
