This is a solicitation for Big Wheel Stretcher in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSIDERATION:
As provided in FAR 19, 19.201, General policy: (a) It is the policy of the Government to provide maximum practicable opportunities in its acquisitions to small business, veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantage business, and women-owned small business concerns. Such concerns must also have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate as subcontractors in the contracts awarded by any executive agency, consistent with efficient contract performance.

The solicitation number for this procurement is NEF-NN17001 and is a Request for Quote (RFQ).


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). This is a Brand Name or Equal Request for Quote. The Government intends to evaluate quotes based on the following evaluation factors: technical capabilities and meets specifications; past performance (within the last 3 years) of similar items provided to Federal Government Agencies); and Warranty provisions.


The government will award a contract resulting from the Requ4st for Quote to the responsible offeror whose offer is confirming to the quote will be most advantageous to the Government, evaluation factors, best value and price considered. The Government intends to award one contract resulting of this solicitation. An award will be based on the requirement and evaluation factors.


To be considered for an award the documents that are relative to the evaluation factor shall be included as an attachment with the submission of the quote.


SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
Submit signed and dates offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Offers may be submitted on a letterhead stationary or company's quotation form as specified in this solicitation. The following information shall be on the quote:


(1) The solicitation number;
(2) Name, address, email and telephone number of the offeror;
(3) Technical description of the items offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with requirements in the solicitation. This shall include the company literature or brochure or other documents related to the items;
(4) Company EIN and DUNS number;
(5) Price for each line item as specified in the attachment;
(6) Terms for Payment;
(7) Delivery Time ARO;
(8) Warranty Provision;
(9) Evaluation Factors - submit documents for each evaluation factor;
