Bid for school food services
INVITATION: The public educational institutions, which are members of Cooperative Educational Services
(CES), 4216 Balloon Park Rd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, invite you to submit a bid for school food services--- food and non-food items, as identified in the attached CES Catalog for food and non-food items, in accordance with the following specifications.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS: All bids must be received no later than 1:30 p.m. Local Time, Friday, July 28,
2006 at the CES office, at which time they will be opened and publicly reviewed. Bids must include the Bid Cover Sheet with the non-collusion affidavit, signature, name, address and phone number of the company, the name of the person submitting the bid, the completed Vendors Bid list and CES Members Served check off list.
Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to bid due date will not be answered.
