Bicycle Shop Operations
During the past decade the University has completed a number of projects intended to facilitate, promote, and expand bicycling on campus. The University currently has 6.35 miles of on-road bicycle lanes and off-road multiuse paths, and approximately 1500 bicycle parking stalls. Further expansions and improvements of bicycle facilities are under-construction and planned. It is the intent of this RFP to determine the programmatic and economic feasibility of outsourced/privatized operations of the Bike Shop.
