Bicycle Racks
The Agency wishes to purchase bicycle parking racks AS NEEDED over the life of the
contract. Quantity will vary and may be as small as one rack per order.
The Contractor, at a minimum, must achieve and maintain the performance outcomes
listed below, consistent with performance standards agreed to by Metro through a
contract resulting from this ITB.
Bicycle parking racks must pass Americans with Disability Act (ADA)
requirements for safety.
The construction of bicycle parking racks must conform to Metros specifications
and standards. Metro will need to approve the music center piece design before
moving forward with the project.
The contractor must be able to produce any number of bicycle parking racks
from as few as one rack to as many as fifty racks at a time.
The contractor must be able to produce the required bicycle parking rack design
as provided by Metro. Any deviations must be approved in advance by Metro.
The contractor must provide bicycle parking racks suitable for both in-ground and
surface mount installation.
