Beverage and Snack Services
It is the intent of Richland County School District One to solicit proposals for District-wide Snack and Beverage services including all vended and non-vended beverages and snacks in accordance with all requirements stated herein, excluding dining services. Non-vended beverages are defined as beverages in the canteens and athletic concessions.
