Beverage Vending Services

The University is seeking a professional vending services
company that has demonstrated expertise in the management and successful operation of fullservices,
multi-facility vending programs. The University will be accepting bids from qualified
Vending Operators to exclusively operate the BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINE PROGRAM on the
campus. The University shall not be involved in ownership or management of this services
program. The University is seeking bids that offer a variety of quality beverage options for students,
faculty, staff and campus guests. In order to deliver quality services, it is imperative that the vending
equipment placed on campus is maintained in good operating condition, is clean, and provides
convenient service, competitive pricing and a variety of choices. In addition, any equipment installed
for this purpose shall meet the vending machine operating efficiency standards (July 2007) of the
U.S. federal governments Energy Star Program (http://www.energystar.gov) or, alternatively, each
vending machine shall have installed an EnergyMiser and/or VendMiser energy monitoring and
control system manufactured by USA Technologies.
