Beverage/Food Service Operation Lease
Community College desires to contract the operation of Snack Shop to be located on the first floor. An acceptable amount of rent will be paid to the College in addition to an initial investment in moveable equipment provided by the Proposer. The total space available is about 1,014 sq. ft. (342 sq. ft. of Snack Shop Prep and Counter and 672 sq. ft. of Snack Shop) with about 2,000 sq. ft. of adjacent, outside patio and inside seating area for patron use. The space is suitable for a small kitchen with basic appliances and adjacent seating/serving area. The services to be provided in this space as described herein are to commence on or about August 01, 2011, and shall continue in force until on or about July 31, 2016. At the option of the Community College and upon the acceptance by the Proposer, this contract may be extended for five (5) additional one (1) year periods at the same rates, terms, and conditions.
