The Government's lease is expiring June 30, 2019.

The Government currently occupies 8,100 rentable square feet space in 12 individual semi-contiguous units, 3 units are 900 RSF and 9 units are 600 RSF, there is a continuous need for this requirement.

The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition.

The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate.
