Best Value Procurement Option One for the Lucille Clement Hall Renovation Phase III
The work under the contract will renovate a large portion of the building. This includes
renovations to sleeping rooms and bath facilities on four floors, upgrades in finishes and
fixtures, creating the required ADA compliant rooms and bath facilities, replacing the roof,
repairing the north porch and exterior lighting, and replacing the exterior windows. Construction
work must be completed in the summer of 2010 beginning on May 10, 2010 and completing
by August 1, 2010.
Gross square footage is approximately 203,090.
Owners Budget for Total Project Cost: $4,845,378.00
Substantial Completion for Construction is projected to be: July 2010
