The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify an employee benefits consulting firm who shall partner with the County to provide the benefits consulting and actuarial services outlined in this RFP. In additional to providing typical benefits consulting services related to assisting the County in obtaining and managing benefits program vendor contracts, the Consultant shall be a partner with the County providing expertise and resources.
