Benchmarking Vermont Electric Energy Efficiency Programs
The Department, in its role as the state’s energy efficiency program evaluator, seeks an independent contractor to benchmark electric energy efficiency service delivery performance in Vermont in recent years, versus service delivery in other jurisdictions. The proposed method must benchmark the performance of Vermont EEUs in comparison to organizations in other jurisdictions that are deemed as relative peers to Vermont Energy Efficiency Utilities (EEUs). For consideration under this solicitation, respondents are expected to have extensive experience and demonstrated capabilities in energy efficiency program evaluation.
