Bellevue Advanced Traffic Management System

The City of Bellevue (the City) is soliciting requests for proposals for the purpose of determining which of
our present desired requirements for a new Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) system are
existing commercial off the shelf (COTS) features and which would need to be developed, for evaluating
current adaptive signal systems, including their applicability in Bellevue specifically, and to potentially
procure and integrate the chosen system(s).
