Behavioral Health and Primary Care Integration Services
The Controllers Office of the City and County of San Francisco (Controllers Office) has partnered with the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to seek proposals from experienced healthcare contractors to provide expert analysis and technical assistance to build upon current efforts to integrate behavioral health and primary care services provided through DPH and contracted nonprofit providers such as the San Francisco Community Clinics Consortium (SFCCC).
