The Department of Veterans Affairs, Service Office Area (SOA) East, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), Philadelphia VA Medical Center 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104
is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide Annual Performance and Acceptance Testing for Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology and Diagnostic Radiology Equipment (Services).

The Statement of Work (SOW) provides details of services to be performed at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center (CMC VAMC) (Philadelphia), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104
The Period of Performance (POP) will be a Base year plus four one-year options.; with the Base year to begin in January 2019.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541380, Testing Laboratories, and the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 million.
