Shall fill all of the following requirements:
Axis travel: 700mm-900mm x axis travel; 1000mm-1200mm y axis travel; and 600mm-800mm z axis travel
Must have a length measuring error of at least MPE_Eo = 1.3 + L/333μm, or better
Must have a PFTU of 1.4μm or better
Must have a scanning probe error MPE_thp = 2.0/30μm or better; for high accuracy and high throughput
Must have a repeatability range of MPL(Ro) = 1.2 μm
Must be able to provide installation of the CMM
Must provide training for three (3) shop employees
