Beach Concessions
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals
to provide Beach concession services for the County as more particularly set
forth in this RFP. The successful Respondent or Respondents will demonstrate the ability
to provide a safe, consistent and reliable delivery system for the specified goods and
services that will:
1. Maximize the publics use and enjoyment of the Beach;
2. Enhance the communitys image of the Beach;
3. Encourage tourism;
4. Provide an accurate and verifiable system to account for all revenue collected by
location;
5. Provide an accurate and verifiable system to determine the dates and times each
location was operating;
6. Adequately compensate the County, as the trustee of the publics interest
