The City is seeking an established water and/or energy conservation implementation Consultant (Consultant) to implement, manage, track and report on the Bay Saver Water-efficiency Program (Program) that will provide services to assist City water customers save water. This proposal is for a three-year period, July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
