Battle Ground School District Web Design & Development
PURPOSE
The Battle Ground School District #119 has decided to use the Drupal open-source CMS for its District Web Site. The website server will continue to be maintained by the Technology Services Department of the Battle Ground School District. The Battle Ground School District seeks a qualified Firm to provide on-goingWeb site development and design services for said Web Site.
BACKGROUND
The Battle Ground School District currently uses IIS6 for its current web server which is maintained by the Technology Services for the Battle Ground School District. The Battle Ground School District is comprised of schools, administrative offices and special programs, as well as many community groups.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Submitting Firms should meet the following minimum qualifications:
Demonstrate successful web design and development of at least four (4) Web sites of similar size and scope.
Demonstrate competency in planning and designing Web applications, including assessing information architecture and user interface requirements.
Demonstrate competency implementing and maintaining Web applications.
Demonstrate competency in IT project management.
Demonstrate competency implementing and customizing a Drupal Content Management System within the last 2 years, on Windows/IIS/MySQL/PHP architecture.
Demonstrate responsibility as defined by financial stability, insurance coverage that meets the Battle Ground School Districts requirements, references, prior experience and satisfaction of existing clients and other information.
Demonstrate familiarity with W3C web accessibility standards.
