THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market
research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by
the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will
not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing
information provided to the Government.
21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to purchase . It has
yet to be determined how this requirement will be solicited.
The Government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e.
annual revenues and employee size); business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Business or small business) and
provide the company's cage code and DUNS. Product information is as follows:

An outdoor and walkable (Non-driving) trailer dolly with at least the following characteristics:
Minimum: 15K 10" hydraulic lift kit.
Tows >35,000 lbs total and >5,000 lbs at the trailer tongue.
Operates electrically (no fuels necessary).
Battery discharge indicator.
Works on pavement, gravel, snow, ice, and grass.
Pintle and ball hitch with adjustable height.
Heavy duty, weather resistant steel frame; cold weather capable.
Outdoor, cold weather, long lasting battery system [minimum: 6 (12 volt) 150 Amp Batteries].
2000 lb. Differential / Transaxle. Dual 18" solid aggressive tread drive tires.
Steerable by hand.
Has 2:1 Gear reduction with chain to drive tires.
High tech speed controller.
Neutral throttle braking.
Adjustable acceleration/braking.
6000 lbs hydraulic actuator lift kit.
Variable speed forward/reverse.
Forward/ Reverse drive capable.
Onboard battery charger, min. 20 amp.
Has a safety stop switch and a safety strobe flashing light
