The major FSC of this requirement is: 6140; an Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 3 base year periods and 2 option years is anticipated. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, first Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
