Bathroom Repair
Project scope is the renovation of the Site Residences full bathroom, and shall include:
demolition and removal of all ceramic tile (floor and wall) and all tile related materials (tile backing,
metal lathing, etc.), demolition and removal of all subfloor and all rot-damaged framing, and removal
of existing fixtures (tub, water closet, and lavatory). Contractor is responsible for off-site disposal of
all project related debris, including existing fixtures. Work shall also include replacing/repairing floor
joists, installing new subfloor and finish floor, replacing floor insulation (bathroom/repaired area),
installing new plumbing fixtures, and installing new baseboards and shoe mouldings.
Prior to bidding, the contractor shall visit the site to verify measurements and
conditions. By submitting a bid, the contractor is verifying that he/she has visited the site and is
aware of existing conditions.
