Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)for Construction
Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to establish a basic ordering agreement (BOA) with several general construction firms within the 8(a) Program for Region 6 of the Small Business Administration. Individual task orders will be issued and may involve the following trades: electrical, mechanical, roofing, carpentry, painting, etc. Contractors will be required to develop a scope of work from a site visit and prepare an estimate for performing the work required. The BOA will be for a period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. The magnitude of work that may be given to the BOA holders will range from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 per year. Request for Proposal W911RP-14-R-0014 will be issued on or about 25 Jul 2014 with a closing date or about 25 Aug 2014.
